Anonymous: there's this boy in the year above me at school who really likes me. he's one of my most valued friends, but whenever i hang out with him i feel like i'm leading him on. plus, he's scared to be seen talking to me because the kids in his class always taunt him about it. i don't want to stop being friends and neither does he but i think i'm causing a lot of damage.. what should i do? :/

I don’t think he should be scared of being seen talking to you, since he can’t do anything if you like each other. I think you should try talking to him, you know. About it. Because you can’t just let him hide you or deny that the both of you are close friends. If he did deny it, nothing will happen. Don’t you think you’ll just get hurt?

You can’t just stay there and let him ignore you when he’s with his friends and then talk to you somewhere private like nothing happened. You shouldn’t be treated like that. Talk to him about it.

I don’t have any idea what to do. But maybe don’t lose faith in him? Talk to him about it. How much you miss him and that you think he doesn’t love you anymore. I’m sure he’ll tell you all you want to hear.

I have been in love with someone once before, BUT I'm just trying to learn how to make a "strong" relationship and make sure they aren't using me.

Second day of dating? I don’t think it’s appropriate to consider being in love with someone in just two days. Unless you’ve met each other months back. But two days?

This is just what I think okay —> Don’t believe him. Ask him to wait for sometime and if he does, that will prove his love to you. But if he can’t help courting another girl, well~

you shouldn’t except anything more than him liking you as a friend, since i think that’s a nice sign, but don’t tell yourself that he doesn’t like you because of what you are. maybe observing the differences of how he acts when he’s with you and when he’s with another girl.

I really think it’s not a good idea but if ever, you should discuss it with each other. Like set some rules. When and where you’ll meet up. What if this situation happened or what if another person courted the other. In that way you can avoid having problems and such.
